New Products Disc Insulator

Polymeric Surge Arresters

The polymeric surge arresters for the distribution system have been developed by using silicone rubber. The new type of silicon rubber was examined by the accelerated weathering tests and applied to the shed material of the polymeric surge arrester. The test confirmed that the silicone rubber had excellent weather resistance and high water repellency during the long-term weathering tests. The polymeric surge arrester with the new type of silicone rubber showed a high performance at the pressure relief tests according to IEC60099-4 (1991).

Our packers offer a wide range of surge arresters in rated voltage of 9with discharge currents ranging from 5 kA & 10 kA as per IEC-60099-4.

Isolators
